Meet the women behind The Heart Collective UK.

Founder · Psychology student at UEL
Hi, I'm Tiggi.
I'm a psychology student at UEL. I love travelling — a year in Australia and backpacking through Europe.
Coming home, I felt how lonely a big city can be. Now I run our sessions, with space for how you really feel.
Co-founder · EU studies master's student
And I'm Dhalia.
Right now, you'll find me in Norway, completing my master's in European Studies, after a degree in Criminology and Social Psychology from the University of Essex. Over the past few years I've worked and volunteered across Europe — social media in Norway, project management in Greece, and as Vice President of an organisation in the UK and Norway.
Different roles, same belief: change happens when people get up and lead for it — but some of the most meaningful change starts when women show up for one another.
Honestly, women have enough on their plates. From violence and inequality to loneliness and the barriers we still face, I'm tired of watching women carry these things alone. That's a big part of why I'm building The Heart Collective alongside Tiggi: a community where women support one another, find genuine friendships, share opportunities and, most importantly, belong. Sometimes you need a community that makes a difference — sometimes you need a group of women to laugh with over coffee. Ideally, both.
For now, I'm building our vision behind the scenes from Norway, until I make my way back to London.

Why we started · Tiggi's story
We listened. And the idea changed.
I spoke to women across London. The same things kept coming up: feeling lost, lonely, and bottling it up.
So we're building a community with people to turn to, room for emotion, and guidance when life feels uncertain.
Come along for the journey
